Wisconsin Triennial 2019!

So very excited to share that I have been invited to participate in the Wisconsin Triennial 2019 at Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. I will be showing five of my images from the series “Again & Again: A Reflection on Consumer Culture.” Please join me, and the other participating artists, for the opening reception Friday, October 18 from 6-9. The show will be up through February 2020.

I’ve always wanted to try hand-tinting photographs and finally got my chance this past summer at @santafeworkshops where the outrageously talented @katebreaky was teaching her class. Had a blast trying a completely new technique while learning from a master.

Another collage I created with @hollyrobertsstudio during her @santafeworkshops. Experimenting with paint and photography simultaneously opened my mind to so many new possibilities for my work! Spent two incredible weeks at @santafeworkshops. The first one with @hollyrobertsstudio getting messy and letting creativity fly while mixing painting and photography.
